At UserSpot.com, we want to make your holiday shopping quick and painless. Read more about ordering deadlines, designating items as gifts, giftwrap, and other holiday-related shopping tips on these pages:
Ordering Holiday Gifts
Every order you place at UserSpot.com is important to us, but we know that
holiday gifts are extra-special. If you haven't ordered from our Web site in a
while, you may need to update your account information.
To make sure your holiday gifts reach their recipients on time, please take a
moment to read through the following tips before placing your order.

Allow Enough Time for
Delivery
When selecting items, please note the availability estimate listed on each
item's product detail page. This is the amount of time it will take us to obtain
and prepare the item before shipping it. Here's the basic equation we use to
determine your delivery date:
(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For holiday gifts, we've made this calculation easier for you by providing a
calendar of ordering deadlines--just click the appropriate link below for your
gift's destination:
If you are ordering several items to be shipped to the same address and
select the option to "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" (this is
the default option), please be aware that items with longer availability
estimates (including not-yet-released items) may hold up the shipment of items
that are available sooner. We will display an estimated shipping date on the
last page of the order form, just before you submit your order. If this date
doesn't meet your needs, you should either choose a faster shipping option or
place a separate order for any items with longer availabilities.
Let Us Know Your Order is a
Gift
When filling out the order form, let us know that the order is a gift: Check
the box next to the line that reads "Add gift-wrap/note" underneath the item's
listing in your Shopping Cart. When you check this box:
- You can request that we wrap your gift (for an
extra fee). Click
here to see some examples.
- You can add a gift message--it's free! If you are sending several items to
the same address, you can enter a separate gift message for each item to
indicate who should receive each one.
- We won't display prices on the packing slip included with the order.
- If the recipient needs to return an item, we will send a gift certificate
for the amount of the return; please note that this gift certificate will be
sent to the same address to which the order was shipped.
- If you order a magazine subscription as a gift, a postcard announcing your
gift subscription will be sent to the recipient within approximately 3 weeks of
your order.
Note: these instructions apply only for items fulfilled by UserSpot.com. Read
below for more information on identifying the seller of an item.

The items offered on our Web site may be sold by UserSpot.com or by third-party
sellers ranging from individuals selling used items on UserSpot Marketplace to
well-known retailers such as Target and Office Depot.
If the seller of an item is not UserSpot.com, this will be noted on the
product detail page and on the Shopping Cart summary page, just beneath the
item's name.
Please note that gift wrap and messaging options, promotional offers,
payment, shipping, and return policies may be different for each seller. At this
time, we do not offer the option to add gift-wrap or gift notes for items
ordered from UserSpot Marketplace sellers.
Double-check Your Order Before
Submitting It
We will display all of your order details on the final page of the order
form. Please be sure to double-check the shipping address, shipping option,
payment method, estimated shipping date, gift status, and order total. If
any of these details appears incorrect, click the "Edit" button next to the
information that needs correcting, and provide us with the new information
before submitting your order.
If your order qualifies for FREE Super Saver Shipping, be sure to click the
button next to this option; we do not automatically apply FREE Super Saver
Shipping to qualifying orders. Also, please note that selecting this option
will cause your order to take 3 to 5 business days longer than if you select
standard shipping.
While it is possible to make changes to your order after submitting it, doing
so may cause your order to take longer. To avoid delays, please make sure your
order is correct before submitting it.
If you do need to make any changes, the quickest way is to visit Your Account and make the changes
yourself online.
Order Gift Certificates
If you're not sure what your recipient would enjoy, or if you just remembered
someone at the last minute, an UserSpot.com gift certificate makes a great gift!
Gift certificates can be ordered in any amount between $5.00 and $5,000.00. They
can be delivered via either e-mail or physical mail anywhere in the world.
UserSpot.com gift certificates are valid for two years from the date of
purchase. Please note that there are some restrictions regarding which products
can be purchased with a gift certificate. Click here for more

Holiday Gift Returns
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of
delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts
early, and so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between November 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 may be
returned until January 31, 2007 for a full refund, subject to our other returns
restrictions.
Please note that if an item was not designated as a gift when purchased, the
refund will be issued to the purchaser regardless of who returns it. For more
